With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, I am offering two things.
The first is my book SPEAK It’s a gift of love and self-love. Before we can love others we have to love ourselves. SPEAK offers lessons for you to explore your own story and purpose and by the end of the book, you will be connected to your most important audience, YOU.
The second offering is Episode #3 of my podcast titled “Speaking of Love” with guest Bela Gandhi, founder of Smart Dating Academy. If you are single and you think there is no one out there for you, you haven’t met Bela Gandhi. Bela helps people “fix their picker” and she wants everyone to become a “psychotic optimist” when it comes to finding love.
Bela and her team are in the weeds with their clients and help them on a date by date basis. She wants her clients to “date like a beast” and is quick to remind us all that we don’t have to be super models to find love. “Look around! Is every person in a relationship hot?” No!
Bela and her team offer curriculum to people who are looking for love and help them find love in one of the “three lanes” – in real life (IRL), through set ups and on-line. When it comes to dating on-line, Bela gets real. She says “You wouldn’t try to sell your house based on some janky i-phone photo you took. You would hire a photographer, stage your house and make it look like it’s got some curb appeal.” Bela helps you “stage your house” and gets your ready for dates that lead to love.
If you or someone you love is looking for love, listen to this episode and take away dating tips that actually work!
Happy Valentine’s Day and remember, love is for everyone! Especially you.
