Women who do what they love inspire me.

When we do what we love, everyone benefits.  It’s a ripple effect that shoots through the universe and makes for a much better day.  I see it in my spin instructor, my Starbucks barista, my yoga instructor, the Deacon at my church.  When a woman is doing her job and it makes my life happier, I say THANK YOU!

I’m big on compliments.  Women don’t give them enough and we certainly don’t accept them very well.  So let’s work on this!  I’ll start –  I’m dishing out some big old compliments to a group of women, my former co-workers at Harpo Studios, who inspired me so much when I started my business, and who continue to inspire me today as their careers literally are exploding!
